How do I know the product quality?

How do I choose the right size or fit?

How should I clean my product?

Most products can be wiped clean with a damp cloth or vacuumed. Some items can be gently rinsed — check the care notes on the product page for best results.

Where do you ship?

How much is shipping?

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 4–9 business days within the U.S. and up to 15–20 days internationally.

How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Will my items arrive together?

Some items may ship separately from different partner warehouses. If that happens, you’ll receive multiple tracking numbers.

Do I pay customs duties or taxes?

International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged by their local authorities.

Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal. Availability may vary by region.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

Can I change my shipping address?

Please email us immediately after placing your order. If your parcel hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update the address.

Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for new, unused items in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee applies. Read the full policy here.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and the shipping label. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
