How do I know the quality?
Check photos, specs, and verified reviews on each product page. Reviews are real customer feedback—please add yours after you try it.
How do I choose size or fit?
Dimensions are listed on every product page. Measure your pet or space and compare. Not sure? Email us—happy to help.
How do I clean it?
Most items wipe clean with a damp cloth or vacuum; some can be gently rinsed. Follow the specific care notes on the product page.

How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Details in the Shipping Policy.
How long does processing & delivery take?
Processing (quality check, picking, packing) takes 2–4 business days. Average transit time is 6–15 business days depending on destination and carrier capacity.
Where is my package?
Once shipped, we email a tracking link (updates may take 24–72 hours). Can’t find it? Check spam or contact us.
I ordered multiple items—will they arrive together?
Items may ship from different partner warehouses. If split, you’ll receive separate tracking links and packages a few days apart.
Do I pay duties or taxes?
International customers may be charged import duties/VAT by their local customs office; these fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major debit/credit cards and PayPal (availability may vary by country).
Can I cancel or edit my order?
We process quickly (2–4 business days). If your order hasn’t shipped, email us and we’ll do our best. Once dispatched, changes/cancellations aren’t possible.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us ASAP. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll try to update it; once in transit, changes can’t be guaranteed.
What’s your return policy?
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for new, unused items in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Some items are non-returnable—see our full Refund & Return Policy.
My item arrived damaged/incorrect—what do I do?
Email photos and your order number within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement, part, or refund per our policy.
